An affiliate of Dress for Success Worldwide in New York City since 1998, the organization has served over 5,000 women in Fairfield County through its Simply Suited program and career development programs.

The mission of Dress for Success is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support, and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

The mission of The WorkPlace, Inc. is to develop a well-educated, well-trained and self-sufficient workforce in Southwestern Connecticut that can compete in the changing global marketplace.
