The Academy for Career Advancement will assist employers to strengthen their workforce and increase their competitiveness by upgrading the skills of their staff through a specialized curriculum-designed by the employer-all at little or no cost.

The Academy can also serve as an HR Consultant to employers to provide:

Your staff MAY be eligible to participate if they are: employed part-time or full-time and earning $15.00/hr or less, between 18 and 62 years of age, not currently receiving TANF benefits, a resident of Southwest Connecticut. (* Additional family income guidelines will also apply)
